Our members and volunteers are the backbone of this grand celebration, bringing to life an event that captures the essence of Bengali culture in Bangalore. We invite you to join our family, either as a member of the committee or as a volunteer, and play a pivotal role in orchestrating one of the city’s most awaited cultural festivities.

R. T. Nagar Bengali Socio Cultural Trust has more than a hundred members from in-and-around North Bangalore. Our members take privilege in our events, celebrations, get-togethers and cultural activities. We are open to not only the Bengali community but also to all other communities, irrespective of their ethnicity, religion, gender or race to join our association and we extend our hands of friendship and cooperation to them.

Volunteers are crucial to the smooth operation of our events. Whether you can contribute a few hours or take on a more significant role, your help is invaluable. Volunteer roles include event setup, guest relations, logistics support, cultural program assistance, and more.

Our Executive Committee leads the core functionality of the organisation.

How to Apply for Membership?

To ensure a smooth and efficient membership application process, please carefully follow the instructions below:

  1. Please complete the membership application form below. Ensure that you provide accurate and complete information.
  2. In order to verify your identity, we require you to upload a scanned or digital copy of one of the following identification documents:
    • Aadhar card (masked)
    • Employment proof or work proof or student ID
  3. As part of the membership application process, a membership fee is required. Please make the payment using one of the following methods:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Scanning QR Code
  4. After completing the application form, you will have the option to upload your identification documents and submit your transaction details. Please ensure that all uploaded documents are clear and legible.
  5. Once your application, identification documents and payment details are received, our membership committee will review them. You will be notified about the status of your application within 10 working days.

We are open to all communities, irrespective of their language, religion, educational qualification, ethnic identities, gender, caste or age (above 18 years).
